It Ain’t Over Yet! Harry Potter Goes Back Into Production!
So much for that emotional last day of shooting! The boy who lived's movies just won't die!
Okay, they will eventually, but not just yet as Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson have revealed that they've been scheduled to reshoot a pivotal scene for the final flick.
While at the world premiere last night for the first part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, both Harry and Hermione confirmed that they would be starting up filming again in late December to do some pickup scenes for the all important Epilogue. As DanRad confesses, all did not go so well when they tried to film it the first time:
"We are re-shooting some parts of it. It was an interesting one. I think we made it very hard on ourselves because we shot it at King's Cross for real. And this time we'll be shooting it at Leavesden on set. To have to rush that sequence and it's an important sequence, is not something any of us want to do."
Emma echoes the same sentiment, but attempts to show some good humor in heading back to Hogwarts. She explains:
"I mean, you can imagine, we stopped trains when they said we could do the scene. I mean, we are special - we are Harry Potter! We only had two days to shoot it and we needed so much more time than that. We have reshoots at Christmas."
Bummer that your Xmas vacay gets disrupted, but we're sure they don't mind that much. They have to see this thing to the end, for the fans at least!
And no worries, this won't mean in a delay for Part 2 of DH. Movies do pickups all the time! So breathe!

All we can really say is: wow.
The National Enquirer is reporting that a fight between Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus over daughter Miley escalated into violence and ultimately caused the couple's divorce!
According to sources, Billy Ray attempted to ground Miley for talking back to him, and when Tish undermined her husband and let the pop star go out, he lost control and went beserk.
The insider explains:
"Billy screamed terrible things at Tish. Then he started kicking in the door. Tish locked herself in her bedroom to escape Billy Ray's wrath. And he pounded on the door screaming: 'Come out here and talk to me, bitch! You let everyone run wild when I'm not here! It's going to STOP!'"
Wow. If this is true, then it definitely sounds as though there were a lot of underlying issues between these two, and this seemingly minor incident really broke the proverbial camel's back.
We just hope poor Miley realizes that although the fight was over something she did, this has absolutely nothing to do with her.
So sad.

Sarah Palin wants all you media people to know that she is on to your little game. She knows ya'll are out to make a fool of her Alaskan pride and Tina Fey glasses. She's hip to the sound of ya'll chatting about how dumb she supposedly is. But you know what? She's not going to stand for it anymore! On her Facebook page today, Sarah wrote a column directed at Wall Street reporter Sudeep Reddy. Mr. Reddy tried to throw Sarah under the bus by critizing a fact she used in a recent speech. Sarah decided to lift the bus off of herself and throw it right back at him. She writes:
Ever since 2008, people seem inordinately interested in my reading habits. Among various newspapers, magazines, and local Alaskan papers, I read the Wall Street Journal.
So, imagine my dismay when I read an article by Sudeep Reddy in today’s Wall Street Journal criticizing the fact that I mentioned inflation in my comments about QE2 in a speech this morning before a trade-association. Here’s what I said: “everyone who ever goes out shopping for groceries knows that prices have risen significantly over the past year or so. Pump priming would push them even higher.”
Mr. Reddy takes aim at this. He writes: “Grocery prices haven’t risen all that significantly, in fact.” Really? That’s odd, because just last Thursday, November 4, I read an article in Mr. Reddy’s own Wall Street Journal titled “Food Sellers Grit Teeth, Raise Prices: Packagers and Supermarkets Pressured to Pass Along Rising Costs, Even as Consumers Pinch Pennies.”
The article noted that “an inflationary tide is beginning to ripple through America's supermarkets and restaurants…Prices of staples including milk, beef, coffee, cocoa and sugar have risen sharply in recent months.”Now I realize I’m just a former governor and current housewife from Alaska, but even humble folks like me can read the newspaper. I’m surprised a prestigious reporter for the Wall Street Journal doesn’t.

P.S. - Even if she didn't read any of the articles she mentioned or really had no idea what The Wall Street Journal was until someone stopped her from using it as kindling for her fire to roast the trout she just fished out barehanded from the ice on her back porch, someone on her staff must have caught this error which makes them smart. Sarah keeps them on payroll, which makes her, dare we say, smart.

Demi Update: Doing "Better" In Treatment Center
Good news: our girl's getting "better!"
Just last week, poor Demi Lovato was admitted into a treatment center to deal with a multitude of problems. Today, a source close to the Disney starlet reveals that she is "doing great" in counseling and that she is " on her way to getting better."
Though the news is optimistic, the source also reveals that at the moment, Demi has been "isolated" and is not allowed to contact her friends and family or have them visit her. This apparently is a major part of the process in getting her to better focus on her treatment.
But with such great news about her progress, one would think she'd be on her way home fairly soon, but such is not the case. The source says that her release "depends on the doctor's advice and how well Demi progresses."
Well, we say take all the time you need, Demi.

Officials Investigate The Safety Of Special Effects In Spider-Man Musical!
Smart move!
The New York State Department of Labor will be examining the safety of various special effects in Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, after two castmembers suffered broken bones from a 'flying mechanism' being employed in the new Broadway production!
However, according to department spokesman Leo Rosales, this is standard procedure, as all stage productions with special effects must be approved by state inspectors.
He explains:
“The flying in this musical is unprecedented for Broadway, and we’re going to urge the producers to make sure everything is as safe as possible.”
However, Actors Equity has also gotten involved, and reportedly forced the production to shift rehearsal schedules when they realized that various cast members were practicing the flying stunts in close proximity of one another!
Spokesperson Maria Somma explains:
"When a show is preparing to debut a lot of technology, especially flying over stage and audiences, we keep a close eye.”
Good! We're happy to hear that this is being taken so seriously!
Accidents happen, and thankfully no one was too seriously injured, but we want the production to go safely AND smoothly, so it's important that these officials are present to oversee that the proper regulations are in place!

Charlie Goes Back To Work!
Amidst all the insanity, Charlie Sheen has returned to work on Two and a Half Men, and it looks like things went very smoothly on set.
Here's what a production bigwig had to say about it:
"What's shocking is how normal everything is."
Charlie was greeted when he arrived at Warner Bros with "lots of fist pumps and hugs," and nobody mentioned his breakdown in NYC or the divorce. He began rehearsing, and the day went on as if it were just another day.
Guess it's good to hear that you can stay professional while at work, despite everything Charlie!
We're sure Two and a Half Men fans everywhere will be happy to hear they'll continue getting new episodes at least for now.
