On tonight's premiere of No Reservations, Anthony Bourdain travels to Haiti, and visits Sean Penn in his "tent city."

Here's what Bourdain says about it in the episode's intro:

"We've shot a lot of places around the world. This is one of the places of the world where the people are the most hostile toward the camera. They do not want to be on camera."

Showtime Renews Shameless!

Fab news!!

Showtime has renewed both of their new comers this season for another!

Shameless, starring William H. Macy and the beau-t-ful Emmy Rossum, is enjoying quite the viewership and is well on its way to being the second highest watched show right behind the delightfully dark Dexter!

Also returning is Episodes, the new Matt Leblanc show, which is also doing well!

Here's what was said:

"The William H. Macy-Emmy Rossum-starring family drama Shameless received a 12-episode order, while the size of the order for the Hollywood-centric Episodes starring Matt LeBlanc is yet to be determined. Production on both series will begin later this year. With the pickups for Shameless and Episodes, Showtime is now bringing back its entire winter Sunday lineup. In January, the pay cable network gave an early renewal to veteran comedy Californication."

And for those of you who don't watch Shameless (shame on you!) here's what it's all about:

"SHAMELESS is based on the long-running hit UK series and stars Macy as a working class patriarch of an unconventional Chicago brood of six kids headed by the eldest sibling (Rossum) who keep the home afloat while their dad is out drinking and carousing."

Sounds amazing right?? Well it is!

Juvenile Arrested On Pot Charges! Again!

Juvenile was arrested Saturday on drug possession charges in Louisiana.

The rapper, whose real name is Terius Gray, was picked up by law enforcement officers for possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license.

He was released on a 0 bond.

This is the rapper's third drug arrest and second in just a little over a year. The crazy thing is that all his arrests have occurred in February.

Major League Producer Says Charlie Sheen Is Being "Difficult"

These are such surprising news.

Charlie Sheen being difficult?? Of course not!!!

No, but seriously, looks like Charlie may lose yet another job.

Major League producer James Robinson says that he would love to have Charlie join the sequel to his film, but with Charlie's latest outbursts and crazy behavior, he's not sure what the future holds for his film. And without Charlie, the film just won't happen.

Robinson explains:

"He's a talented person. What a waste. What a shame. I don't know where he's going right now. I don't know where he's going to end up.

He's very important to the movie. I can't tell you for sure [if we'll cancel it], but I can only say that his character, and him playing that character, is very prominent. So that could be a possibility."

When asked if he would replace Charlie in the role of Rick "Wild Thing" Vaughn in the third sequel, Robinson says:

"It never occurred to me to have anyone but him play the character that we wrote for him. He's not in the film yet because we don't have a deal with him yet. Our respective representatives have had dialogue but I haven't talked to him. His part is absolutely in the script and he is very prominently part of the story."

Having worked with Lindsay Lohan on Georgia Rule, Robinson is no stranger to working with troubled stars. He explains that Charlie needs to shape up before he could even consider putting him in the film. He adds:

"Both sides of the contract always have obligations. If it's obvious, or we believe he can't perform, then it would be stupid to put him in the film if he would have difficulty filming that role. There's been very few times I've ever had an actor that couldn't perform.

He was good to work with. I'm an optimist. He's being a little difficult right now, and I understand that. I'm sure he's got his demons torturing him. I sincerely hope there's a way he can come out of this dark tunnel. But it appears that, so far, he's either not following whatever treatment should be administered or it's not working. I frankly don't know which it is."

It's probably a combination of both, honestly. It's pretty obvious that Charlie isn't exactly following the rules of treatment and if he is, well then, something else needs to be done because it's obviously not working.

It's too bad because we actually would have enjoyed seeing Charlie go back to his old Major League character.

Good News, Banksy! You’re Invited To The Oscars & You Can Dress However You Like!!!

We were sort of bummed to hear through the grapevine this week that it was unlikely that Banksy will appear at the Academy Awards this year, despite the fact that his documentary, Exit Through The Gift Shop, is nominated.

We had heard that it was Banksy's wish to come dressed
as a monkey, as to keep his identity a secret, but the Academy wouldn't allow it. However, Academy president Tom Sherak has just come forward to clarify that Banksy has an open invitation to attend dressed as whatever he'd like - provided that he is dressed. He explained to sources:

"The media is making it exciting with all the questions about Banksy. I think it’s all good and if he shows up, he shows up. I won’t stop him."

In other words, hell yes they want the publicity so the crazier the stunt the better!

This still leaves just one problem. If he does come wearing a mask, how will they be able to prove that its really him?!

We guess that's just part of the fun! Ha!

Attn. Paparazzi: You Don’t Mess With Catherine Zeta-Jones!

That is, unless you want to feel the full force of a Commander of the Order of the British Empire!

Things got very heated last night after Catherine Zeta-Jones was awarded the third-highest rank in the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. As she and her husband, Michael Douglas, were leaving their London hotel, an aggressive paparazzo charged at her to get his shot. He allegedly hit her HARD in the face and Catherine was NOT happy about it. Witnesses report hearing her scream above the crowd, "I want a police officer right now. He punched me," before shoving the photog out of the way and retreating into the hotel.

Once she was safely inside, Michael came back out to confront the paparazzo himself, but thankfully his handlers ushered him away before he could do any damage.

Good. Poor man is still recovering from cancer, after all, and the guy totally wasn't worth it.

When reached for comment, Michael's rep told sources that if they wanted to know how it all went down, they should watch the paparazzi video and see for themselves.

These photogs have to learn to give celebs their space. Maybe he didn't mean to punch her in the face, but if he had given her room to breathe, it wouldn't have happened at all. We just hope she's feeling better this morning. There certainly didn't seem to be any bruising on her face as she and Michael made their way through Heathrow this morning, flying back to El Lay.

If he really hurt you, girl, he'll get what's coming to him. Violence should never me tolerated or overlooked!

Scary!

The beautiful Rose McGowan has had to file a restraining order against a creepy an over-zealous fan who has tried on multiple occasions to contact her, while allegedly using threats!

That's never good, and we're glad to see that she took action before something terrible happened.

According to the source:

"The former "Charmed" star obtained an order preventing Louis S. Santo III of Derby, Conn., from contacting her or her agents. In a court filing McGowan states Santo has claimed to love her and threatened violence if he didn't speak with her."

Uh, yeah, that sounds like grounds for a restraining order to us!

But, in a totally unexpected and shocking turn of events when it comes to stalkers being accused of stalking, Santo just has NO idea what she's talking about!

Because, you know, he's only built her a shrine written her a script and wanted her to read it. Harmless, right??

New Details On The Surveillance Video That Proves Lindsay Stole That Necklace!

You better seriously consider taking that plea bargain, Lindsay. Six months sounds a lot more manageable than three years.

Yesterday, Judge Schwartz looked LiLo square in the face and told her she was going to prison. The only reason she wasn't going that very instant was because new evidence surfaced that needed to be reviewed by her lawyer and after taking it into account, she and LiLo could decide on how they wanted to proceed. The evidence in question is the mysterious surveillance video from the jewelry store, which has long been rumored to be able to prove Lindsay had sticky fingers that fateful day. Now, we've got specifics deets from this video, as shared with sources by a law enforcement insider on the case.

Let's go to the tape!

According to the source, in the video, Lindsay is seen taking off her own jewelry, specifically a necklace, to try the supposed stolen necklace on. A few moments later, she is seen putting her own necklace back on, without having taken off the store's one. While this is going on, her "male companion" is seen "distracting" the store clerk. Once Lindsay had gotten her own necklace back on, she and her friend walk out of the shop with the store's necklace "clearly visible" around her neck .

Now that's what we like to call BUSTED! The legal system, however, more officially classifies this as a "distraction theft." However, according to sources, the D.A. is sure Lindsay knew what she was doing. The insider explains:

"The District Attorney believes that Lindsay's friend distracted the clerk on purpose and that could bolster the case if it goes to trial against Lindsay. This simply wasn't a case of miscommunication of a necklace being loaned and not returned, as Lindsay has claimed."

Yeah, sure doesn't sound like that to us either

Do the right thing, LiLo. Admit your guilty, send your orange jumper to the dry cleaners and lets give this prison thing another whirl. Maybe this time, you'll be lucky. Maybe this time, you'll stay learn something.

17 Baltimore Police Officers Charged With Conspiring To Commit Extortion

Damn, Balitmore!

Seventeen Baltimore Police Department officers and two brothers who own a car repair shop have been charged with conspiring to commit extortion.

The two brothers paid police officers to arrange for their company to tow vehicles from accident scenes and make repairs, as opposed to a city-authorized company.

U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein commented on the case by saying:

"The criminal complaint alleges that the officers were secretly working for a private auto repair business when they were supposed to be working for the police department and the citizens of Baltimore. Police officers cross a bright line when they take payments from private citizens in connection with their official duties."

Heck yes they do! C'mon cops! Use your heads.

Sounds like the Baltimore PD is pissed too, as Commissioner Fred Bealefeld said:

"I will not tolerate any criminal activity that undermines the integrity of the Baltimore Police Department and the many sacrifices our officers make each and every day and I thank our federal partners for their assistance in this investigation."

So how much did these cops-turned-criminals make?

Shop owners Hernan Alexis Moreno Mejia and Edwin Javier Mejia paid officers 0 for each vehicle they steered to the company, with some crooked cops making more than ,400!

The defendents are facing MAJOR jail time too with a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for the extortion conspiracy.

It's a shame to hear about the law, which police officers lose their lives trying uphold, being broken by other brothers in blue.

How Sweet! Halle’s Ex Will Move To NYC For His Daughter

What a relief to see something nice happen amidst so much custody dramz between these two!

Last week, Halle Berry was granted permission by a judge to bring daughter Nahla to NYC with her, so she can shoot her new role in New Year's Eve.

Even though Halle's ex Gabriel Aubry was against the idea, he has not only accepted it, but he will put everything on hold and move to NYC while Halle shoots the movie so he can care for his daughter.

Very sweet! The children should always come first, and we give Gabriel a lot of credit for this move.

Here's what a source had to say about the situation:

"Gabe's arranged a short let apartment in New York, and he plans to be there all the time Nahla is."

Last we heard from Phish, they were prepping for their first televised performance since their reunion on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.

Now, they've announced through an amusingly bizarre video (above) that they'll be going on tour this summer.

South Park Creators’ Musical Is Coming…This Thursday!

Broadway is about to get controversial AND HIGHlarious!

Back in September, we were excited to hear that South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone's religious satire The Book of Mormon was scheduled to premiere on Broadway on March 24.

Now, we're SO excited to announce that previews for the musical about "a pair of teenage Mormon missionaries sent to Uganda, where they confront war, famine and AIDS" will start THIS THURSDAY!

Oddly enough, Matt stone says the musical is pro-faith:

"…I mean, (Mormon) is a pro-faith musical. People may say, 'What?!' But that's what it's meant to be."

More from Stone:

"We can have a lot of fun at the Mormons' expense, because there's stuff in their religion that may seem silly to outsiders. But these are really nice people who believe what they do wholeheartedly. And that leads us to ask, well, what do you believe in, and what's goofy about that?"

Here's a statement that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints issued with regards to the play:

"The production may attempt to entertain audiences for an evening [but that Mormon scripture] will change people's lives forever."

And here's what Stone had to say in response:

"Those guys just kill us with kindness every time. Their response to our South Park episode (on Smith) was basically the same: 'Look, you're free to do what you want.' It's so big-hearted and fundamentally American."

Ha! Now we're REALLY intrigued by this musical…especially after Matt Stone said it's a "pro-faith musical." Inneresting way to describe a Mormon-themed play by the South Park guys…

Andy Warhol Self-Portrait Sells For $17 Million As London Art Boom Continues

Last month, an Andy Warhol portrait of Mao Zedong from late actor Dennis Hopper's collection sold for 2,500.

While that seemed like a lot of money at the time, it's NOTHING compared to what art dealer Larry Gagosian paid for a Warhol self portrait at Christie's on Wednesday.

Gagosian dropped 10.8 million pounds, or million, on a "crimson acrylic and silkscreen Warhol portrait, dating from 1967," which hadn't been publicly shown in over 30 years!

Overall, the Christie’s International auction made 61.4 million pounds ( million), strongly contributing to the Art Boom currently taking place in London.

Paris’ Stolen Birthday Cake Makers Respond To Controversy!

Well, they're taking the news pretty well!

In light of the news that Paris Hilton's ,200 birthday cake was stolen by a drunken party crasher, the company that baked it, Lucid Absinthe, has issued the following statement:

“It is very unfortunate that someone stole the cake from Paris’s birthday party. Chronicles Of Narnia Producer Found Dead

So sad!

Perry Moore, executive producer of The Chronicles Of Narnia trilogy, was found dead in his NYC apartment around 9:20 a.m. Thursday morning.

Although the NYPD have yet to confirm the cause of death, numerous outlets are reporting he died as a result of an OxyContin overdose, but a medical examiner has yet to release an official statement.

The producer's father, Bill Moore, said he had spoken to his son on Wednesday night and everything seemed fine, explaining:

"We're in shock. He was in a great, great mood. No one was expecting this. We're so sad. He's been able to reach out and touch a lot of people."

Perry was found laying unconcious by his partner Hunter Hill and passed away at just 39-years-old.

We send our condolences to the Moore family, as well as the film community, which lost a respected colleague who had an illustrious career ahead of him.

This morning, Lady GaGa continued spreading the good news that is Born This Way by talking it up on SiriusXM's The Morning Mash Up. Veering off topic, the host asked GaGaloo who she would like to play her if her life was ever made into a big time movie. At first, she thought Rosario Dawson would be a good fit, but then, she was struck with genius. She said:

Camille Grammer Won’t Be Attending Kelsey’s Wedding

We had heard that she was invited to the nuptials, but it turns out she wasn't, which is totes fine by her!

Camille Grammer has formally denied rumors that she'll be attending Kelsey Grammer's wedding to his new wife in the coming weeks. She confirmed to sources that she has no interest in being "involved with the wedding…not at all." (We don't blame her, honestly. Hasn't her sanity pride been damaged enough?)

Anyway, we knew from the start that if he actually did offer her an invitation, the only reason Kelsey would want her to come would be to rub it in watch their kids while he was busy getting hitched. However, turns out he didn't consult with his kids before planning the happy event because his daughter actually has something better to do that night else planned for the evening. Camille explains:

"My daughter has a talent show that day that she's been working on for two months now. I told her, 'Mason, you can go. Please, if you want to go to your Daddy's wedding, please do,' and she said, 'No, Mommy. I want to go to my talent show.'…I would never hold my children back from that. I would never want them to resent me for holding them back from their father's wedding."

She adds that she doesn't "begrudge" Kelsey his happiness and reveals their son, Jude, will be at the wedding.

Well, better get used to this arrangement. No doubt the kids will be splitting up between the two of you more often than either of you would really like.

Lindsay Lohan Gets Support From An Unlikely Person – Christian Slater

We know, not a name you hear very often these days, huh? Still, he knows a thing or two about the biz and what it's like to hit rock bottom and prevail, so he could be a good resource for her. Plus, remember they made Bobby together, so he sort of, kind of knows some stuff about her too.

Christian Slater has admitted to reaching out to Lindsay Lohan recently, in light of her continued lack of ability to turn her life around. Christian, who is celebrating five years of sobriety this year, feels it is important to help kids who are struggling with the same issues as he did and makes it a point to help when he can. He explained to sources:

"I was dealing with alcoholism and addiction, and there was a lot to take on without much life experience. Addiction is not pretty, and you don’t fully understand it unless you’re dealing with it head-on. That’s why when I see other kids struggling, I will sometimes reach out to them — a call or an e-mail.”

He confessed that LiLo was one of the youths he reached out to, saying that he understands the "brutal position" she must be in and how "confused" she must be over how her life has turned out.

Okay, screw Charlie Sheen, girl. Take heed to Slater's words! He's been doing some real good in the world the past few years: trips to Africa and a USO tour. Sure, he doesn't make as many movies anymore, but look at the amazing person he turned out to be.

Seinfeld’s Len Lesser Has Passed Away

We're sad to hear this, but at least he lived a nice, long life.

Len Lesser, the actor who played the absolutely HIGHlarious Uncle Leo on Seinfeld has passed away at 88 from cancer-related pneumonia.

Here's what his family had to say in a statement:

"Heaven got a great comedian and actor today. The outpouring of sympathy we've already received has been amazing and is so greatly appreciated. Thank you to all the people who helped make my father's last journey special and surrounded with love."

Aside from Seinfeld, Lesser had an expansive career, which included parts on TV shows such as The Munsters, ER, Everybody Loves Raymond, and Castle. Some of his film credits include The Outlaw Josey Wales and Kelly's Heroes.

Olivia Wilde As Lois Lane Lara Croft? Yes, Please!

We think she should play the new Lois Lane AND Lara Croft! Maybe Wonder Woman too, whenever that happens…

Last we heard about the Tomb Raider reboot, Megan Fox had turned down the Lara Croft role, because she couldn't handle the comparison to Angelina Jolie.

Now, it looks like Olivia Wilde is rumored to be up for the role, and we're thinking she'd be wonderful in it!

Here's what a source had to say about it:

"This would be a far darker and more serious Tomb Raider movie, the idea is to get a top director and an intelligent script and make this an empowering character for women as well as a popular one with men. Olivia is just one of the names being suggested for the lead role. She would appear to be ideal."

Sounds like she'd be a great match to us! After her work in Tron: Legacy, we def think she'd be right for a role like this.

MORE Production Delays For Men In Black III!

Uh-oh. Again?!

Although Men In Black III started shooting in November, it took a two-month hiatus in December and was expected to start shooting again this week in New York. However, sources close to the flick have revealed that the production date has been once again pushed back until March 28th, due to serious and ongoing script issues!

According to the insiders, series star Will Smith has been vocal with filmmakers about his creative issues with the screenplay, which Jeff Nathanson has begun rewriting from another draft done by Etan Cohen.

The plot reportedly centers around a time traveling Agent K, played by Tommy Lee Jones in the present (the portion already filmed in November) and Josh Brolin as a younger version of the character from 1969 (who has yet to begin production).

However, a spokesperson for Sony STILL maintains that this latest hiccup will not affect the film's planned May 2012 release date.

They better get a move on, though! Brolin has already publicly expressed his frustration with the delays, and if they don't get going, we doubt he'll wait around much longer!

That being said, Men In Black II was shiteous enough, so we're glad that this much care is being taken to ensure the quality of the script. Let's just hope that it pays off.
