‘Balloon Boy’ Dad: Buy My Balloon … For $1 Million!!!

"Balloon Boy" dad Richard Heene is selling off the infamous balloon that made him the most hated father in America -- and if everything goes to plan ... he'll raise over a million bucks for charity in the process.
Richard posted a video online last week -- in which he claims his family wants to help with the tsunami relief efforts in Japan ... and to kick things off, he's already set a "purchase now" price on the balloon for $1,000,000.
Heene claims he will not make a penny off the saucer -- saying he hired an attorney to distribute any profits from the private online auction to Japanese tsunami relief charities.
The 20-foot saucer created a search-and-rescue panic in October 2009 -- when Richard and his wife claimed their six-year-old was trapped in the balloon as it careened into the sky.
Of course, it was all a lie ... and now everybody hates him.

Kingston’s Passenger — ‘We Were Going REALLY Fast’

Sean Kingston's female jet ski passenger tells TMZ Sean was driving "REALLY fast" when they crashed into a bridge this weekend ... and insists she begged him to slow down before the accident.
TMZ spoke with Cassandra Sanchez -- Sean's longtime friend -- who tells us she arrived to Miami Beach with another female friend to ride jet skis with Sean and his buddy on Saturday evening.
Sanchez tells us, "Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at
the same time and we were going so fast we just blasted past them. When
we turned a corner and crashed ... they were so far behind us they didn't
even see us crash."
Sanchez says ... as Sean was racing towards the bridge, she screamed out, "We can't fit
under there! Are we going to try and go under there? Sean stop!"
Sanchez tells us ... she believes Sean tried to turn away from the bridge at the last minute ... and
lost control because they were going "REALLY fast."
The next thing Sanchez remembers is waking up in the water in pain. Sanchez says her friends on the other jet ski raced over and tried to help out ... with Sean's buddy trying to position the injured singer so he wouldn't swallow any more water. They all signaled for help until a boat came to the scene to help out.
Sanchez says, "[Sean] was coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff" ... and when he finally opened his eyes, he kept repeating the words, "I'm
hurting. I'm hurting"
Sanchez says her ribs and her jaw are still sore -- but overall, she's OK.
As for Sean, Sanchez says "They have a tube down his
throat so he can't really talk, but he is lucid and understands what's
going on." Sanchez says doctors plan to keep Sean in the hospital for "a couple more weeks."
Pete And Ashlee Keeping It Nice For Son Bronx While At Lunch As A Family!
We never thought we'd say this, but we think other couples on the rocks should be taking a page out of their book!
Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were spotted out to lunch together with little Bronx Mowgli, at Carney's in Studio City, "smiling and having a sweet time with their son!"
According to a witness at the restaurant:
"They definitely looked like a happy family – very chatty and smiling a lot. [They were] very attentive to their son."
So happy to know that they're keeping the split so amicable for their kid!
Such an adult, mature road to take! And we think Bronx will ultimately be all the better for it!

A relative of Mildred Patty Baena -- who has not made a cent off her and REFUSES to sell out -- tells TMZ ... Mildred is shocked and didn't expect her own family to make a cheap buck off this whole ordeal.
In addition to the money, we're told Mildred feels these family members are just telling flat-out lies. The relative we spoke to says Mildred is sure the main culprit is the ex-wife of a family member.

What Caused Chezza To Get The Boot From The X Factor?
Although we doubt that we'll ever hear the full, true story as to why Cheryl Cole was axed only weeks into her position as judge on the US version of The X Factor, there are a variety of reports circulating as to what exactly went down behind the scenes, and dear lord, does it sound messy!
One alleged source close to the production of the series claims that the former Girls Aloud singer stepped on the toes of the network bosses because she refused to adapt to US culture AND promote herself better in the States!
The insider explains:
"Instead of attending the Grammy Awards and the Coachella music festival, putting herself out there in America, she sat in her hotel room eating digestive biscuits. She just seemed very down. There was too much negativity around her. It's as if she still regrets getting divorced from Ashley Cole, when clearly she was still in love with him. She just didn't help herself. She was offered elocution lessons and said, 'No.' She was offered a stylist and said, 'No.' And then she came out on the first day wearing that hideous outfit. And the reaction from Fox was like, 'What the fuck is she wearing?' Cheryl seemed uncomfortable as if she didn't like judging the acts. And at the end of the day that isn't what the TV execs wanted."
Meanwhile, other sources are pointing the finger of blame at Simon Cowell, who seemed to not realize that combining both Chezza and Paula Abdul, who both enjoyed playful banter with him on their previous shows, would be 'disastrous!'
They reveal:
"He never thought through how Cheryl and Paula could work together when their whole performance is based on a giggly, playful relationship with him. Only one can sit next to him and do that. Having the two of them was never going to work, and the fact Simon even entertained the idea shows a lack of judgement that has been noted by everyone in the industry."
Ouch! What an effing mess!
And certainly an embarrassment on everyone's parts, as the judging selection should have NEVER taken this long, let alone a switch-up this late in the game!
Here's hoping that whatever goes down, it can be resolved and quickly!

Sean Kingston Accident — Not Alcohol Related

Alcohol was NOT a factor in the jet ski accident that left Sean Kingston in critical condition ... this according to a report released by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
The report describes the accident by saying, "Anderson was operating a PWC [personal watercraft] with a female passenger westbound along McArthur Cswy towards the Palm Ave bridge. Anderson struck the bridge and was transported to Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition."
The other passenger, a 23-year-old female, was listed as being "uninjured."
Kingston is still in critical condition, but has been stabilized.
The Hobbit Movies Get Titles And Release Dates!

Peter Jackson's The Hobbit movies have officially been given full titles - AND release dates!
The first in the two-part series, now called The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, is set for a December 14th, 2012 release date, and the concluding chapter, The Hobbit: There And Back Again, will drop on December 13th, 2013!

This is going to be just as amazing as when all The Lord of the Rings were coming out a year apart around the same time!

Sean Kingston — Out of Trauma Unit, Into ICU

Sean Kingston has been transferred from the trauma unit to the intensive care unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital -- where he is in critical condition, but has been stabilized ... this according to his rep.
Kingston and a female friend were injured in Miami last night in a jet ski accident. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Kingston's rep tells us, "Sean's family thanks everyone for their prayers and support during this time."
Christopher Knight And Adrienne Curry Are Calling It Quits!
Another one bites the dust!
Frankly, we're just surprised that they lasted as long as they did!
Christopher Knight, AKA Peter from The Brady Bunch, and America's Next Top Model winner Adrienne Curry have split - and on their fifth wedding anniversary!
According to the couple's rep. Phil Viardo:
"Actor Christopher Knight and his wife, model and television star Adrianne Curry have announced today on their fifth wedding anniversary that they are separating. They still love one another but need some distance to consider their future."
Such a shame!

David Beckham — ‘Speeding Really Bad’ Before Crash

David Beckham was driving like a MANIAC before swerving into another lane at a dangerously high speed ... and rear-ending a stalled vehicle earlier this month -- this according to multiple 911 calls.
One caller -- who claims she was driving behind David for several miles-- reported that David was "driving recklessly" and "speeding really bad" before slamming into the stalled car on May 6.
Another caller claims David was "definitely speeding" -- pulling in and out of the carpool lane ... "breaking a couple traffic laws."
As we previously reported, Beckham rear-ended another car with his Black Escalade ... on one of the busiest highways in L.A. -- and the other driver had to be taken to the hospital.
Beckham -- whose son Brooklyn was in the car with him at the time -- has not been arrested or cited.
A spokesman for Beckham tells us, "As unfortunate as accidents are, David was not cited by the police at the scene for any violations."

Hangover Part II Breaks Box Office Records This Memorial Day Weekend (Obvs)
So, exactly how much DID The Hangover Part II make this Memorial Day weekend??
Oh, just a mere $86.5 million for the three-day weekend, which makes the movie the highest grossing live-action comedy for a holiday weekend.
The movie beat out the original record holder, Austin Powers in Goldmember, which made $73.1 million. It's also the second-best opening for an R-rated film, topping The Passion of the Christ.
If you include the full 5-day opening from Thursday, the movie made a massive $137.6 million. The first Hangover made less than half of that amount in its first five days.
WOW!! We knew it was going to be big, but for a movie that didn't get the greatest reviews, this is really impressive.
Here are the top five box office results:
1. The Hangover Part II — $86.5 mil
2. Kung Fu Panda 2 — $48.0 mil
3. Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides — $39.3 mil
4. Bridesmaids — $16.4 mil

NBA Star J.R. Smith Busted … for Illegal Scootering

J.R. Smith is not going to gain any street cred from this arrest -- he was popped in Miami this weekend for operating a scooter without a valid driver's license. THUG LIFE!!!!
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Smith, who has played the last five seasons with the Denver Nuggets, was not taken to jail for the offense. We're told Smith signed a notice to appear -- he'll get his court date later.
South Beach beware -- Smith was released on his own recognizance.
No word on what happened to the scooter.

The TV host and former Dancing with the Stars contestant married electrical engineer Jay Tucker on Saturday, in an outdoor afternoon ceremony at the Church Estate Vineyard in Malibu.

This is Niecy's second marriage, in which she says:
"I have to say, this second time around, it feels custom. Even after I got my divorce, the ink wasn't even dry on the paper, and I said, 'Ooh, the next time I become a wife, I got this thing down pat!' I always believed that there was someone built for me."

With the IRS breathing down her neck ... and with her team in financial ruin ... L.A. Dodgers co-owner Jamie McCourt just got approval to build herself an ultra-private, super-expensive beachfront dream pool ... TMZ has learned.
According to documents filed with the city of Malibu ... Jamie asked for city approval to begin construction at her sprawling beachfront mansion.
McCourt wants to expand an existing pool -- and needed permission to excavate 105 cubic yards of earth material. McCourt also wants to expand her wood deck, replace pool equipment and convert a guest room into a pool cabana.
The city approved Jamie's request -- under the condition she doesn't install any lighting systems that will be visible from the beach.
Jamie is VERY serious about her time in the pool -- as TMZ previously reported, she went to war with her estranged husband Frank McCourt over "exclusive rights to the family swimming pool" at her other home in the Hollywood Hills.
But after all the work she's doing in Malibu, Jamie might never need to leave her place again.

Jeff Conaway Autopsy Taking Place Today

UPDATE 2:55 PM PDT: The autopsy has been completed and, as expected, the cause of death has been deferred ... awaiting toxicology results.
The LA County Coroner is conducting an autopsy on "Grease" star Jeff Conaway this afternoon ... TMZ has learned.
According to our sources, the coroner is expecting the results to be inconclusive and a cause of death will not be able to determined until toxicology results are in ... which take about 4-6 weeks.
Conaway passed away yesterday at the age of 60 after he had reportedly fallen into a coma earlier this month.

Lohan is currently shacked up at her swanky townhouse in Venice, CA -- where, from her roof, she can totally see the ocean.
Lindsay -- who's being punished for allegedly stealing a necklace -- is only expected to serve around 35 total days of hard time ... glorious, relaxing, court-ordered hard time.
Google Adds Flight Schedules In Searches
Google is making traveling easier with the click of a button!
Now when you search a destination, Google will reveal which airlines serve that specific route and when they fly.
In the example above, we searched "Flights from Los Angeles to Las Vegas" and were greeted with an abundant amount of options available through June 2.
Tabs allow the list to be specified by non-stop flights to the destination, as well as any destination from that airport. Pretty nifty, right?
This is only a taste of what's to come too because the company has apparently spent $700 million on travel search software developer ITA Software, which hasn't even come into play yet.
We can't wait to see what else Google has up their sleeves in the coming months!

Zsa Zsa 911 Call — ‘She’s Going to Die!’

Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband placed a frantic call to 911 earlier this month -- telling the operator he was scared his wife was "going to die" after a feeding tube was dislodged from her stomach.
Prince Frederic von Anhalt placed the call on May 17 -- telling the operator, "It's my wife ... her stomach is bleeding. Please send a car right away, shes going to die."
94-year-old Zsa Zsa was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency stomach surgery ... but she slipped into a coma following the operation.

Fergie & Josh — Our Bodyguard Saved a Life!

Fergie and Josh Duhamel's cross-country flight had to be diverted for a passenger's medical emergency -- and it was the couple's bodyguard who sprang into action to help save the man's life!
Sources on the late night flight from NY to LA tell us a passenger began vomiting, then had a seizure.
We're told Fergie and Josh's bodyguard, Pascal -- a mountain of a man -- jumped up to help flight attendants move the passenger into the aisle.
We're told a doctor, who happened to be on board, performed CPR -- then Pascal moved the man to the back of the plane, where flight attendants attached him to a heart monitor.
The flight was diverted to Las Vegas ... and the passenger received treatment at a nearby hospital.
In true hero fashion, Pascal was mum about the incident when they got to LAX -- but Josh was quick to sing his praises.
Sammi And Ronnie Showing Some PDA! Are They A Couple Again?

Lindsay Lohan — The ART Of The House Arrest

Lindsay Lohan plans to spend her stint under house arrest doing lots of painting ... reading ... and relaxing at her townhouse by the beach -- exactly the kind of hard time the judge intended.
Sources close to the actress tell us ... Lohan is looking at her confinement as a "time to relax, focus on her recovery and figure out her new game plan for her life and career."
Before she started to serve her time -- Lohan stocked up on art canvases so she can paint to release the stress.
We're told Lohan also has a stack of scripts she intends to read -- so she can decide on her next project.
Lohan is confident she will be released from house arrest before her birthday on July 2nd -- and we're told she's already making plans for a sober celebration.
No wonder she was smiling yesterday.
Courtney Love Claims She Saved Kelly Osbourne From A Drug Overdose
Everyone knows that the first step to recovery from a drug addiction is throwing other people under the same bus as you so you've got company!
Courtney Love's claiming to have found love and light in her newfound life without drugs. Part of her journey to a better self has been opening up in new interviews about her past and problems with drugs. Well, actually, it seems more like she's opening up about other people's problems with drugs and how she got involved with them. Like yesterday, she said she knew she had to start cutting back on her pill usage when she saw she was taking more than Britney Spears. It was an eye-opening experience for her. (Probably more so for Brit-Brit!)
Today, her targets stories involve some younger starlets, namely Kelly Osbourne and Lindsay Lohan. Court reveals that a few years ago, she actually had to save Kelly's life via CPR after she blacked out from some kind of overdose. She recalls:
"I still can't escape the stigma [of a drug addict] for some reason," Love said. "Even people like Kelly Osbourne feel free to f–k with me … This is a girl whose life I have saved twice, once with CPR and another time with CPR and violence — by which I mean I had to poke her furiously in certain places to wake her up from her coma. Mariah Carey Twins Probe — Case Closed

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services has just wrapped up it's interview with Mariah Carey and has concluded there is no merit to the investigation -- sources connected with DCFS tell TMZ.
We're told DCFS social workers interviewed Mariah and spent time with the twins -- and concluded the children were in a healthy and safe environment.
The investigation was triggered by an anonymous phone call to DCFS complaining that Mariah drank a Guinness beer while she was breast feeding.
As we reported, Mariah was informed by a hospital staffer that drinking a dark beer would assist her in lactating. We're told Mariah informed social workers she simply followed the hospital staffer's advice and drank the Guinness, never hiding the fact that she consumed the drink.
We're told Mariah's lawyer, Laura Wasser, was present during the DCFS interview today.
Our DCFS sources say officials have concluded there is no merit to the complaint.
Don’t Get Mad! Jon Hamm Is Directing The Premiere Of Men!

After much debate over whether the show would even return for a fifth season, it's been decided that Jon Hamm will direct Mad Man's upcoming season premiere. Jon reveals it's an opportunity that has been in "the back of [his] mind for a while now," and since the show has finally been given the greenlight, he felt like there was no better time to forge ahead with his dream than now.
“The wheels have officially been set in motion to make that happen,” Hamm tells TVLine. “It’s a very exciting challenge that I’m looking forward to with a mixture of utter fear and excitement…It helps to have people you know and trust surrounding you. We’ve been fortunate enough to have very little turnover not only in our cast but in our crew.”
Jon adds that production should be getting underway in August, but since he's taking on the added responsibility of directing, he'll be getting started a bit earlier than the rest of his cast.
The new season can't come fast enough! Can't you guys start now???

Cheryl Cole’s Accent — Too Thick for ‘X-Factor’

Cheryl Cole was dropped from the judging panel on "X-Factor" largely because producers were concerned her English accent would be too difficult for an American audience to understand ... sources close to the production tell TMZ. .
There were other issues too -- we're told Cheryl and fellow judge Paula Abdul had a "lack of chemistry" ... and Cheryl was more expendable.
Producers now want Cheryl to return to the UK version of the show -- but according to sources, Cheryl's royally pissed over how this situation was handled ... and may sever ties with "X-Factor" entirely.
With Cheryl out, Steve Jones will be the only host on the show -- which debuts in September -- while Nicole Scherzinger fills the open seat on the judging panel.

Huge shakeup at Simon Cowell's new show "X-Factor" -- TMZ has learned singer Cheryl Cole will no longer be a judge ... and will be replaced by ex-"Pussycat Dolls" member Nicole Scherzinger.
It's unclear why Cheryl is out -- but we're told the replacement happened very recently.
Nicole was originally supposed to co-host the show with Steve Jones when it debuts in September -- but now, she'll be sitting on the judge's panel alongside Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and LA Reid.
Calls to Cowell's camp have not been returned.

Accused Dodger Stadium Attacker’s Photo Alibi

The man accused of brutally beating a San Francisco Giants fan outside Dodger Stadium in March has photos which he says prove he was not even there the day of the attack.
Giovanni Ramirez has given his lawyer pictures of a group of people who went to see the game on March 31. The photos show Ramirez' ex-girlfriend and other friends at the park next to the stadium, but he is nowhere to be seen. Ramirez' point -- if he was there, the pictures would prove it.
Ramirez claims he was babysitting at his ex-girlfriend's apartment when the attack on Bryan Stow occurred.
We asked Ramirez' lawyer, Chip Matthews, why his client would hang with his ex-girlfriend. Matthews says they remained close after the break-up.
Ramirez has not been charged and police will put him in a lineup today.

Lauren Alaina — The Show Must Go On!

Lauren Alaina will battle it out with Scotty McCreery for the "American Idol" title after all, after a doctor came on stage at the beginning of the show to say Lauren "blew out her vocal cords" but with a bunch of medicine he gave her "she'll do great."
TMZ broke the story Lauren could not finish her rehearsal and the doctor froze her throat to save her voice. Haley Reinhart was summoned to the set and ready to perform if Lauren couldn't.
The doctor compared Lauren's throat to a runner with a sprained ankle.
But the show just started live on the East coast and the Midwest and Lauren is there. We'll let you know how she's doing.
UPDATE: Lauren has finished two songs ... so far, so good. Her voice hasn't cracked once during the entire show. In fact, according to the judges, her second song topped Scotty's.
UPDATE #2: Lauren just wrapped her last song for the night. Fair to say she wasn't 100% ... but the judges loved her. According to Steven Tyler, Lauren will win tomorrow ... "hands down."

Last week, we learned that Maria Shriver had reportedly hired lawyer Laura Wasser to represent her in potential divorce proceedings against her husband.
Now, Arnold's mistress Mildred Patty Baena has ALSO brought on legal representation for usage against her former employer.
She's currently being represented by Los Angeles-based law firm Jacobson, Russell, Saltz & Fingerman.
Lawyer Michael Saltz has announced that they have "no plan to file litigation at this time."

Maria Shriver’s People Leaked Arnold Baby Story

The Arnold Schwarzenegger baby drama story was leaked to the media by Maria Shriver's own people ... and they did it because Maria was so angry at Arnold, she wanted to do it herself.
TMZ has new information from sources connected to Maria. We're told when Maria found out that Arnold was the father of Mildred Patty Baena's son, she was "hysterical" and wanted to hold a news conference blowing the lid off the scandal.
We're told Maria's friends talked her off a ledge and a plan was eventually hatched to leak the details to the L.A. Times and TMZ.
And we have new information about when Maria found out about the baby. Now we're told Maria learned about Arnold's love child in late April or very early May.
The timeline further supports the story TMZ broke earlier -- that Maria was miserable in her marriage and wanted out for a long time. As we first reported, Maria was looking at pricey L.A. condos back in January with a Beverly Hillls realtor.
Maria has told friends for nearly two years she wanted a divorce but never pulled the trigger. Maria, we're told, is now ready to end the marriage.
As for Arnold, our sources say he's upset Maria was talking to her friends about the scandal. Arnold and his people know the story leaked through Maria's camp.
Gwyneth’s Music Deal With Atlantic Records Has "Fizzled Out"

Seems that Gwyneth Paltrow's musical stylings will be confined to the halls of McKinley High for awhile longer as it's been reported her record deal with Atlantic Records has "fizzled out.'
Though there is still some talk about her signing with the label, we're hearing that Atlantic lost interest in the idea after Gwyn wanted $1 million to sign and her last Glee episode was ZzzzZzz. However, when reached for comment, Gwyn's rep insisted that she's still interested in pursuing a music career, but it might just sit on the back burner for awhile. The rep explained:
"Atlantic was not the only company pursuing her, and she still has not decided if she wants to record an album. It is still something she is considering."
That's a nice way of saying she wants what she wants, and what she wants is a cool million to lay down some tracks or no dice. Because, you know, she's worth it.

Macho Man’s Autopsy — Cause of Death Not Known

The autopsy of wrestling legend Randy "Macho Man" Savage did not yield an exact cause of death ... sources tell TMZ.
Sources tell us the autopsy was completed yesterday and the cause of

According to our sources, it might take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for toxicology results to be completed.

Sara Rue Ties The Knot!
Sara Rue has been made into an honest woman!
She and her fiance Kevin Price married at the Bel Air Bay Club in Malibu, CA on Saturday. The two have been engaged since August 2009.
Speaking of her new hubby, Sara says:
"I've never been happier. I feel so lucky to have found someone as kind, funny and smart as Kevin."
Meanwhile, her wedding planner, Rachel Hollis, described their beautiful and very unique wedding ceremony!
"One of the first things Sara ever told me was that she was obsessed with butterflies and hummingbirds. She loves specifically hummingbirds. She had this idea of a vintage inspired garden party and it evolved from there. hey didn't invite 700 people. They wanted it to be their closest friends. I think the final guest count is 112."
The couple had met while playing beer pong so they wanted to make sure they incorporated the game into their special day. They handed out ping pong balls with their wedding date printed on them so that guests could play on "a beautiful beer pong table with a net made out of flowers."

Oscar De La Hoya checked himself into rehab voluntarily and tells TMZ he feels he will come out "a stronger, healthier person."
As TMZ first reported, De La Hoya entered a rehab facility in California sometime within the last few weeks. We're told De La Hoya is seeking help for substance abuse issues. A source close to the boxing legend tells us he has "voluntarily commenced proactive treatment to address certain health and personal issues."
De La Hoya issued a statement to TMZ that reads, "After doing an honest evaluation of myself, I recognize that there are certain issues that I need to work on. Like everyone, I have my flaws, and I do not want to be one of those people that is afraid to admit and address those flaws.
"Throughout my career and my life, I have always met all challenges head-on, and this is no different. I am confident that with the support of my family and friends, I will become a stronger, healthier person.
"I ask for respect and privacy as my family and I go through this process."
Elisabeth Moss & Fred Armisen Officially Divorced
Whomp, whomp!
As of this week, Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss is no longer the better half of SNL's Fred Armisen. Though the couple called it quits over eight months ago, the divorce was finalized this week by the Los Angeles Superior Court. Though no details were released, we imagine it took them that long to square away their financial settlement.
Wow. A Hollywood couple fighting a divorce settlement in private. Such an oddity.

A Day In The Life Of A Guido In Florence
Never will you know such splendor and bliss as these fabulous Italians do. Join us as we live vicariously through them during their whirlwind tour of Florence!
The cast of the Jersey Shore woke yesterday morning to the sound of birds chirping and grenade whistles sounding off outside their guido compound, marking the start of a new day for them. JWOWW, The Situation, Ronnie and DJ Pauly D started their day off as any self-proclaimed fist-pumper would: they had something to eat at Trattoria de Guido. WHERE ELSE?!
From there, the crew met up with Vinny and Snooki Snickers to do a bit more exploring of the city's fine architecture and years of historical wonders. Just kidding - they went shopping, AGAIN. The boys picked out some new threads for T-Shirt time, while the ladies tried to find pretty dresses to match their hats. After about an hour of perusing the old market, they tried to find their way back to the apartment but had difficulty reading their ancient GPS system called a map. It's didn't even talk to them! Rude!
Once they finally found their place, they headed straight back out again for a little nighttime fun! Only a few hours later did they all return and The Situation had not one, but two girls join him. Either he's finally caught on to the language or he's learned enough key phrases to effectively weed out the potential grenades in Florence! Ha!
And as the sunsets over the Florence cityscape, the guidos got nestled all snug in their beds, awaiting the morning, when the adventure starts up all over again!

Maria Shriver Shops for L.A. Condos

Maria Shriver was quietly looking at pricey L.A. condos back in January ... months before the Arnold Schwarzenegger baby scandal broke ... TMZ has learned.
What's especially interesting about this ... it looks like Arnold told Maria about Mildred Patty Baena immediately after he left the governor's office on January 3.
Sources say Maria and her broker looked at a condo at The Carlyle on Wilshire, a pricey condo building near UCLA. Among the residents -- Bruce Willis, Sofia Vergara, Paul Anka, Donna Summer and Matt Kemp.
Our sources say Maria didn't like the units. We're told she looked at several penthouse units, which are priced between $10 - $14 million (they rent out for around $30,000 a month). She also looked at a few 3-bedroom condos, which were listed between $4 - $7 million (they rent out at around $17,000 a month).
We're told Maria felt the building was too exposed to the paparazzi.
Maria is still on the hunt for a place.

Faith Evans Pulls Trigger on Marriage

Faith Evans has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned ... but it was a long time coming.
Faith -- who is married to record company exec Todd Russaw -- filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. Todd is also Faith's manager.
The couple married in 1997 and has two minor children. But according to the divorce petition, the couple separated in December, 2005. The 2005 date is curious, because one of their children was born in 2007.
Faith is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody. She wants Todd to have visitation rights.
Faith also wants the judge to reject any claim of spousal support.
Faith was married to Biggie Smalls when he was shot and killed in 1997.
Ryan And Rachel Avoid Each Other At Cannes

Former boyfriend and girlfriend Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams made sure that they wouldn't run into each other at the Cannes Film Festival this week.
Rachel arrived earlier in the week to promote her new Woody Allen film Midnight in Paris while Ryan headed into the south of France later on in the week just as Rachel was leaving.
What made it even more trickier is that Rachel was in town with her beau and co-star, Michael Sheen.
Since Cannes is such a small town, it would have been very likely for the two to have run into each other.
Nothing is more uncomfortable than running into your ex. Especially when the new guy is already in the picture.

Macho Man Randy Savage Dies In Car Accident

Macho Man Randy Savage -- one of the most famous wrestlers of all-time -- died today in a car accident in Tampa, Florida ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ spoke with Randy's brother, Lanny Poffo, who tells us the wrestling legend suffered a heart attack while he was behind the wheel around 10 AM ... and lost control of his vehicle.
Earlier this month, Savage celebrated his 1-year anniversary with his new wife Lynn.
Savage was 58.
Macho Man began wrestling in the WWF in 1985 and became a superstar with his trademark catchphrase "Ooooooh Yeaahhhhh."

Kelly Rowland Joining UK X Factor
Get it, Kelly!
Now that Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole have moved on to the American X Factor, Mz. Rowland will be joining the judges' panel of the UK version.
She'll be replacing Dannii Minogue, who backed out of the show after she had scheduling conflicts with Australia's Got Talent, and will be joining Tulisa Constavolos from N-Dubz and Take That's Gary Barlow as the third judge.
She's said to be getting some mega bucks in a deal that will be signed sometime this week.
Kelly expressed her excitement for joining the show:
"The X Factor is an amazing show. I love Simon because he's so honest. Everything he says I agree with. I don't know what kind of judge I'll be."

Botox Mom Docs — Don’t Talk About Getting Paid

Botox mom Sheena Upton, aka Kerry Campbell, has provided TMZ with documents that she says prove ... her whole spiel about injecting her daughter with the wrinkle remover was scripted.
In the stack of documents ... there is a lengthy rundown which Upton says she was told to follow when she did interviews for "Good Morning America" and "Inside Edition."
Among the instructions on what to say ... "She's [her daughter] going to be famous thanks to me giving her injections so young." And there's this ... "I have found a clinic that will do boob jobs in Mexico at 14, so if she hasn't developed by then we're saving for that surgery."
And another passage reads, "I admire Lindsay Lohan's mum ... for turning Lindsay into a child millionaire."
Upton used a broker to arrange the interviews with GMA and "Inside Edition" and the broker is allegedly the one who provided the script. And Upton claims the broker gave her some pretty specific instructions about not telling anyone she was getting money from GMA ($10,000) and "Inside" ($9,500).
Upton insists she never gave her daughter Botox, but was merely following a phony script for some quick money -- and GMA and "Inside" bought it hook, line and sinker.
The reporter who brokered the deal for The Sun, which ran the first story about Botox mom, tells TMZ, "She has doctored emails from me. She has lied about the Sun. She is attempting to extort money. I saw her give the child injections."
Oh, one final thing. The funniest part of the alleged script: "Make up and hair done at studio. Please don't chat to make up people about your interview." Everyone knows, they have such big mouths!
Peter Fonda Calls President Obama ‘A Traitor’ At Cannes!
Peter Fonda, producer of a documentary that focuses on the environmental consequences of the BP oil spill, had some harsh words for President Barack Obama.
While at the Cannes Film Festival with his documentary, The Big Fix, the Easy Rider shared his outrage over Obama's handling of the worst oil spill in American history, saying:
"I sent an email to President Obama saying, 'You are a f(expletive) traitor,' using those words… 'You're a traitor, you allowed foreign boots on our soil telling our military — in this case the coastguard — what they can and could not do, and telling us, the citizens of the United States, what we could or could not do'."
He's referring to BP, whose headquarters is in London, as the "foreign boots" and does not have kind words for the company he calls "a bunch of Brits". At a press conference for his film, he continued to say:
"I thought we kicked them out a long time ago. They tried to get back in in 1812, but they didn't make it."
Strong words!
Peter sent the email to the White House last week and we're curious if he'll get a response!

Botox Mom — I Can PROVE My Story Was Scripted!

Sheena Upton ... aka Kerry Campbell ... aka Botox Mom ... tells TMZ she has undeniable proof that her story was scripted ... including photos that appeared to show Sheena injecting her 8-year-old daughter.
For the very first time since the scandal broke, Sheena is telling her side of the story -- explaining to TMZ how she first got in touch with the U.K. newspaper The Sun through a close family friend and was under the impression she was only doing a simple story about a spa day with her kid.
But Sheena says during the photo session -- producers asked her to pose with a medical syringe and "act like I was just holding it up."
She says she had no idea the story was going to be about Botox -- and claims she doesn't even know what Botox is.
After the photo session, Sheena says things began to spiral out of control -- and she received detailed scripts instructing her how to carry on the lie in front of television cameras.
Sheena says she still has the scripts.

Botox Mom: I MADE IT ALL UP FOR MONEY!

The woman who went on "Good Morning America," claiming she injected her 8-year-old daughter with Botox, now swears under oath ... she made the entire story up for a few hundred bucks.
TMZ has obtained a sworn declaration written by Sheena Upton, who claims she was recently approached by the British tabloid, The Sun, and asked "to play the role of Kerry Campbell" for a story called "I Give My 8-Year-Old Daughter Botox."
Upton now confesses The Sun paid her $200 adding, "I was provided with the story, instructions and a script to follow for a recorded interview."
After the story ran in The Sun, Upton says she was approached by "Good Morning America" and "Inside Edition" and claims she was offered "a large fee" to appear on camera. She went on both shows and re-told her story.
After the interview, child welfare officials took Upton's daughter away.
Upton now admits in her declaration, "The truth is I have never given my daughter Botox, nor allowed her to get any type of waxing, nor is she a beauty pageant contestant."
Upton says professionals agree with her declaration, because on May 17, she took her daughter to the UCLA Medical Center and says, "After my daughter received a full medical exam, the results indicated that she has not ever received treatments including Botox or other such injections."
We're told the UCLA reports were forwarded to child welfare officials, who then returned Upton's daughter to her, with the provison that a cousin would stay with her and the child for the time being.
As for "Good Morning America" -- sources connected with Upton claim she was promised $10,000 to appear. We do not know how much she was offered for "Inside Edition."
As for the declaration -- signed under penalty of perjury -- we're told Upton wrote it so her lawyer can secure full rights to custody of her daughter.
An ABC News insider tells TMZ, "There is no truth to the story about compensation, but they did pay a broker no more than $10,000 to license photos."
UPDATE 8:20 AM PT: An ABC News spokesman tells us, "We have just seen the sworn declaration on TMZ written by Sheena Upton, a.k.a. Kerry Campbell , and are vigorously investigating her most recent statement and rapidly shifting story."
The rep continues, "Good Morning America has repeatedly questioned Upton, members of her family, and other sources who again and again stood by the Botox story."
"Good Morning America is solely interested in getting to the truth and will share with our audience any new information that we find."

University THREATENS Students Over ‘Jersey Shore’

Officials running a study abroad program in Italy are FURIOUS over rumblings that one of their students partied ON CAMERA with the "Jersey Shore" crew ... and now the school has issued an ultimatum -- stay away from the guidos or be expelled from the program!
The University of Florida sent out an email to students participating in their study abroad program in Italy -- which states "any student who does agree to participate in the filming of the show, or who signs a waiver or legal agreement of any sort with MTV, will be dismissed from the program immediately."
TMZ obtained the email -- warning the students that any action deemed potentially embarrassing to the school "will not be tolerated."
The school has also threatened to contact the student's parental units to inform them why the school would be kicking them to the curb.
Funny, we thought the U of F mascot was the Gator ... not the Rat.
Hugh Grant Plans To Sue News Of The World For Invasion Of Privacy!
Unbelievable! Such an invasion of privacy!
Hugh Grant recently revealed that he plans to press charges against Rupert Murdoch's London tabloid News of the World, because he claims that they hired a private detective to hack into his phone and steal "all these notes with my PIN numbers, my phone numbers, my friends', my family's phone numbers, PIN numbers, bank accounts."
According to the actor, he only found this out because he was visited by Scotland Yard, who had apparently uncovered evidence suggesting all of this!
Claiming he feels certain that "big heads will roll soon," Grant says of the potential invasion of privacy lawsuit:
"I could sue, I am just deciding whether to do that or not. So little do I need the tabloid press that if I won a libel case against a tabloid paper now I would not want cash; I would want an assurance that they would never ever mention my name again."
We think that that's more than reasonable a request!
So wrong! Here's hoping they never do anything this invasive and wrong again!

Mark Wahlberg Starring In ANOTHER Football Movie…With Will Ferrell!

Mark Wahlberg is set to star opposite of Will Ferrell in the football comedy Turkey Bowl about two rival small-town football teams competing against each other in an annual Thanksgiving Day football game.
Alec Baldwin may possibly play Mark Wahlberg's father, but either way it's been said that the film will feature several cameos in the spirit of Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.
Is Mark going to play the hometown football hero hell-bent on crushing Will Ferrell's pathetic Little Giants-esque football team? OR will Ferrell step out of character and play the antagonist?
Any movie that places Will Ferrell against Mark Wahlberg will probably be worth the price of admission. Needless to say, we're in.
