TMZ has obtained lots of information -- as well as photos -- of the boy Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered out of wedlock -- and he looks shockingly like Arnold himself.
The mother -- Mildred Patricia Baena (she goes by Patty) -- was a housekeeper/assistant for the family for more than 20 years. Her jobs included cleaning, laundry, cooking and other chores.
Sources tell TMZ -- in the late '90s Patty began to "pursue Arnold." She told friends they would have unprotected sex during the day at the house. Patty never slept overnight at the house and no one ever caught them in the act.
We're told when she became pregnant, she didn't tell Arnold he was the father. Arnold didn't learn he was the daddy until the boy was a toddler.
Patty -- who made $1,200 a week -- was treated well by Arnold once he found out. Sources say Arnold was always "generous."
Patty -- who has recently retired -- now lives in a 4 bedroom house with a pool, several hours outside of L.A. with the boy and her 3 other kids.
We are not revealing the identity of the boy, however his features are eerily like Arnold's. We have various pictures of him at various ages (he's now in his early teens) and each picture shows striking similarities, especially the mouth and teeth.

The Winklevoss Twins Armie Hammer!
That's right, folks. It's been a long time coming, and now we're very pleased to announce that The Social Network's Armie Hammer has been cast alongside Johnny Depp in Disney's The Lone Ranger.
We would have been happy with Ryan Gosling as well, but we're going into this one optimistically.
We're kind of excited and curious to see how The Hammer will do as a leading man.

Camille Grammer is privately blasting her ex-husband Kelsey Grammer over his bid to get sole custody of their children ... telling friends the kids have already made it clear ... they want to live with her.
Sources close to Camille tell TMZ ... after Kelsey filed the legal papers today in L.A. County Superior Court, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star called the move "another act of creepishness and chutzpah."
But we're told Camille ain't worried -- because she strongly believes their 6-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter are on her side. Camille has also told friends she will "fight like hell" to keep her kids with her ... "exactly where the children wish to be."
Our sources say Camille is ADAMANT Kelsey shouldn't get sole custody because he "abandoned his family and fathered a child out of wedlock … which speaks volumes about his parenting."
As we previously reported, Camille had been open to the idea of shared custody before Kelsey filed the docs today -- but now ... the gloves are off.

Cali Swag Video Star — Witness In Fatal Shooting

A man who was featured in the "Teach Me How to Dougie" music video has been identified as a witness to the murder of Cali Swag District member M-Bone ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told a heavyset man who goes by the name, "Bubba" -- was in front of the liquor store in Inglewood, CA Monday night when someone shot and killed M-Bone.
Bubba famously did the "Dougie" without a shirt on in the group's music video -- and is close personal friends with several members of C.S.D.
Several witnesses tell us Bubba was waiting inside of the car M-Bone drove to the store ... and when the fatal shots were fired, shards of broken glass struck Bubba in the face. Witnesses also tell us M-Bone was shot as he tried to get inside of the car.
Bubba was hospitalized for his wounds -- though we're told the injuries are not life-threatening.
As we previously reported, cops are on the hunt for the killer -- and looking into the possibility the shooting was all over a girl.
LiLo Being Stalked??

Lindsay Lohan took to Twitter and proclaimed that she was being stalked — and she has proof! Not only did she tweet that she was scared, but she actually tweeted a picture of the stalker, and revealed that he had been sending her threatening and creepy texts.
This, she claims, has been happening for nearly four years!
This is what she said in her tweet:
"This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me- while he is TRESPASSING! I'm actually scared now."
"all my fans, my supporters, please stand by me. g-d bless xxL."
Wow! Pretty bold to post a pic of the dude straight to Twitter! We mean bold in a good way, mind you. We think any possibility of scaring this dude away is a good one!
Going to the cops sounds like a good idea too, though, she doesn't know his identity. Either way, she wants the cops involved and we totally agree that it should happen!

couple reached a settlement in April for an amount closer to $80k.
And get this, Jermaine actually paid the settlement amount IN FULL -- according to new court docs filed last week.

Little Big Town Covers Coldplay!
Little Big Town performed at the CMT and CNN Music Builds telethon this past weekend, and totally nailed a cover of Coldplay's Fix You!
Such a beautiful rendition, and all for a great cause — supporting the Red Cross.

First Look At Tintin Posters!
Here is the very first look at the posters promoting the Steven Spielberg directed and Peter Jackson produced, The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn.
The first pic is the international poster, while the second will be released in the United States.
Starring Jamie Bell in the title role, the film was shot in motion capture 3D and is set to be released this Christmas.
The digital animation looks pretty cool and we are betting on a three dimensional visual treat this holiday season!

Winklevi Gunning for Supreme Court Showdown

It's their last stand -- TMZ has learned, the Winklevoss twins have decided to take their beef with Facebook to the Supreme Court ... to undo a $65 million settlement with the company.
It's their final shot at redemption after losing several rounds in court -- including the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals -- Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss now want the Supreme Court to invalidate the settlement agreement they made with Facebook back in 2008 ... reportedly valued at $65 million.
The twins insist they were defrauded by Mark Zuckerberg during negotiations for the settlement -- which was paid in Facebook stock -- claiming the actual value of the settlement was less than half what they were led to believe.
The twins just released a statement to TMZ, claiming their attorney intends to file a petition with the Supreme Court after they were shut down by the 9th circuit today.
According to the statement, "The Court’s decision shut the courthouse door to a solid claim that Facebook obtained this settlement by committing securities fraud. Our Petition to the Supreme Court will ask the high court to decide whether that door should be reopened."
Survivor MORE THAN Survives Sunday Night Ratings!
Uh oh! Does this mean that Jeff Probst won't ever be set free???
After 102 seasons 22 seasons of Survivor, the CBS show is still bringing in the ratings, and the three-hour season finale/reunion show brought in impressive numbers, which are as follows:
- Two hour Survivor season finale (4.0 rating in adults 18-49)
- Survivor reunion show (3.5 rating in adults 18-49)
VERY impressive! EVEN the reunion show beat ABC's Desperate Housewives finale, which had a 3.0 rating in adults 18-49.
Other shows that couldn't quite survive include American Dad with a 1.7 rating in adults 18-49, Bob's Burgers with a 2.2 rating in adults 18-49, and The Cleveland Show finale with a 2.3 rating in adults 18-49.
Celebrity Apprentice also couldn't touch Survivor, with a 2.4 rating in adults 18-49.

M-Bone Victim of Random Drive-By Shooting

M-Bone -- who was fatally shot last night -- was the victim of a drive-by shooting, and it appears to be a random act of violence ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
M-Bone -- aka Montae Talbert from the rap group Cali Swag District -- was next to his car in front of an Inglewood, CA liquor store at 11:32 PM Sunday when shots rang out. Our sources say the shooter was driving down La Brea Avenue alone in his car when he fired.
Inglewood detectives are investigating, but right now it looks like M-Bone was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
We're told M-Bone, who became famous with his group for the song, "Teach Me How to Dougie," was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
CBS Cancels Three More Shows
Doesn't it seem like more shows are getting canceled this season than ever before?
CBS has canceled three more shows: S#*! My Dad Says, The Defenders, and Mad Love.
S#*! and Defenders were solid hits until both shows moved time slots.
The William Shatner comedy had a good lead in with Big Bang Theory, but when it was replaced by Rules of Engagement, things started to look rough for the sitcom. As for the Jim Belushi and Jerry O'Connell show The Defenders, once it was moved from its decent run on Wednesdays to Fridays, viewership dropped rapidly.
Ouch.
Unfortunately, for the new comedy Mad Love starring Jason Biggs and Judy Greer, it failed to connect with viewers and was canceled too.
Oh well! Guess some people are going to miss these shows.
Let's hope this makes room for some real quality television on CBS.

Dannii Minogue Quits UK X Factor!!

Dannii Minogue has announced that she's unable to appear on UK's X Factor this year due to scheduling conflicts.
Days before the new series was to launch, Dannii expressed how bummed she was to quit the show. She said:
”I am so disappointed that I can't be a part of The X Factor this year. I'm going to miss the show and the amazing team who work so incredibly hard on it.”
Because of her commitment to Australia's Got Talent, she explains:
"During discussions for me to return to the X Factor it became clear that unfortunately, this year, the X Factor audition dates in the UK clash with the live shows of Australia's Got Talent during June and July.
For this reason I am unable to return. I want to wish the new judges every success for this year's show, and can't wait to see who the British public choose as their next big star.
Thanks to everyone who has shown me so much love and support, and brought me so much joy during my four incredible years working on the show.”
Oh well, Dannii. Yes, we're disappointed that we won't see you on the judges' panel this year, but we are excited for your work on Australia's Got Talent!

Lindsay Lohan — I’m Staying Clean … FOR LIFE

Lindsay Lohan plans to stay on the straight and narrow for the REST OF HER LIFE -- telling friends, she's serious this time ... no drugs, no booze, no breaking the law ... ever again ... PERIOD.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, the actress had an epiphany after her sentencing -- and is completely at peace with the judge's decision ... community service, fines, counseling, shoplifters alternative class ... the whole package.
Technically, Lindsay is REQUIRED to stay sober during her formal probation -- which ends after she completes her 480 hours of community service -- but we're told, it doesn't matter ... Lindsay's committed to sobriety for the long haul.
One thing ... Lindsay does take issue with the three-year probation itself -- telling friends she doesn't think she deserves it -- but que sera sera ... she has learned to accept her fate.
Bottom line -- her friends are adamant ... Lindsay has learned her lesson once and for all.

Nicollette Sheridan claims "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry committed the ultimate wedding faux pas -- claiming Tony Parker must have been into boys as he said "I do" to Eva.
TMZ obtained Nicollette's declaration in the brutal legal fight she's having with Cherry over her firing on the show.
In the declaration, Nicollette claims, "I was present at Eva Longoria's wedding to Tony Parker, when Mr. Cherry commented that 'Tony must like boys, because he is marrying this -- this little, small girl with no t*ts and -- that looks like a boy.'"
For the record, he couldn't be that gay because he divorced her. Kidding.
‘Bad Girl’ Issues Apology Letter — Odd Delivery

Former "Bad Girls Club" star Christina Hopkins is trying to pull the email equivalent of "Some of my closest friends are black!" ... by writing a letter apologizing for the racist rant TMZ posted on Friday ... and emailing it to an African American TMZ staffer she has never met or had any contact with before.
Hopkins says in the letter that she was "egged on by anger and alcohol" but says the takes full responsibility for her "inexcusable comments."
But rather than get in touch with our publicist -- or the TMZ tipline -- she somehow obtained the email of an African American staffer and emailed it to directly her.
Although she went out of her way to contact the staffer, she ended the email by asking for all further communication to go through her publicist.

Which "A-list celebrity of substantial fame internationally" is currently facing a $20 million lawsuit from an unnamed plaintiff who "entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires" and then ultimately ended up contracting herpes?!
According to the legal documents filed by attorney Keith Davison, the mysterious celebrity told the plaintiff he had "no venereal diseases," and then the two watched porn and engaged in "mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse." Apparently, all of this took place while being videotaped, too!
The suit claims that the celebrity knew all along that he had herpes, and the plaintiff - who is never identified as male or female - is suing for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and fraud (concealment and misrepresentation).

Judge Tosses Hayden Christensen’s Television Lawsuit
You can't win them all!
Hayden Christensen and his brother Tove filed a lawsuit against the television network USA for allegedly ripping off their their proposal for a TV series about a doctor who makes housecalls to the rich and famous.
The brothers said that they pitched an idea for a comedic-drama about a "concierge" doctor show called Housecall in 2005.
Although execs found the idea "fascinating", they passed, but their lawsuit claims they developed their own version Royal Pains instead.
While we can see Hayden and Toves reasoning for filing suit, a federal judge said their breach-of-contract claims were trumped by federal law "concerning materials that are not copyrightable, such as ideas."
Sorry fellas! It doesn't sound like they are giving up hope though, because their lawyer said:
"We are disappointed with the ruling and hope to have it reversed on appeal."

Steven Tyler’s New Track DENIED By Aerosmith
Ouch! Harsh! But, at least he got to make the song he wanted eventually.
Yesterday, Steven Tyler released his first solo track off his upcoming solo album, Feel So Good, but admitted that originally, he penned the song for his crew in Aerosmith. They, however, turned him down.
Steven reveals he's had the song written for a few years and when he brought it to his bandmates, they simply "didn't like it," so it got tossed. Now, Steven is confident the song will soar this summer and prove to his bros that hew as right to write it. He explains:
"I wrote the song at the Sunset Marquis hotel in Los Angeles a few years ago. I swear it's going to be a hit. I can hear it coming out of people's cars this summer. I'm a fool for melody, man. I've got to have melody. I miss it, and there it is."
Let's hope the rest of the world hears what you hear. It's a risky thing, venturing away from the band like this, but if the song's solid, then it is solid.

How Long Will Lindsay Be Under House Arrest? No One Knows!
The lawyers have agreed on the terms - now, they're just haggling on the price.
But considering Lindsay Lohan's luck these days, she really shouldn't worry.
Tomorrow, Linds will officially be sentenced for her probation violation and it's almost a certainty that she will be allowed to serve her 120-day sentence in the comfort of her own home. However, there seems to be some confusion over exactly how many days Lindsay will "serve" imprisoned in her house.
Now, if she was going to real jail, she would've only served about two weeks in the slammer. Here's the math: a 120-day sentence, minus time off for good behavior and an overcrowding discount, equals out to exactly 14 days to serve. As she isn't serving her sentence behind bars, L.A. County Spokesperson Steve Whitmore reveals that Lindsay won't get the same deal. Steven suggests that without being in jail, is most likely Lindsay will serve 84 days under house arrest…but the issue is still being debated.
We imagine her lawyer will fight to have the same rules apply to her client as they do to those who actually have to schlep off to jail, but if you ask us, we think she's getting easy enough as it is.
Besides, inviting everyone over for a "Come Look At My Ankle Monitor" party doesn't count as overcrowding.

ANOTHER Man Shot And Killed In Chuck E. Cheese Parking Lot
Unbelievable.
Last month, we were appalled to report that a man was shot and killed in the parking lot of a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in New Orleans.
Now, ANOTHER MAN has been shot and killed during a dispute over a parking spot in a Chuck E. Cheese in South El Lay.
A search is currently on for the man who killed 29-year-old Daniel Villanueva for an absolutely absurd reason. A woman is also being sought who has been connected to the shooting.
So disturbing. We can't imagine what parents would bring their children to Chuck E. Cheese at this point.
Our thoughts go out to Daniel Villanueva's family and friends.

DJ White Shadow, who helped produce Lady GaGa's Born This Way, has come to her defense and spoken up against people who claim it rips off Madonna's Express Yourself.
Here's what he had to say about it:
"I think it was bulls**t to be honest. I guess there are a hundred songs that you could put a pitch shift and a Bpm (beats per minute) change on and loop and make them sound like anything. Actually there are five songs out that are exactly the same song, on the radio at the same time. Right now. Why doesn't anyone ever bring that up? That's a f**king felony."

Sources close to the production of the upcoming The Story of Bonnie and Clyde have revealed that Hilary Duff, who has long been attached to the project, has been dropped from the role of Bonnie Parker!
However, the actress will still be getting paid, but producers are currently on the hunt for her replacement, who will play opposite Kevin Zegers as Clyde.
We wondered what happened?! We smell DRAMA!

Lionsgate and director Gary Ross have set Wes Bentley to play Seneca Crane in The Hunger Games, the film that stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. Crane is the head gamesmaker of the 74th Hunger Games, which pits teens from 12 districts in a televised battle to the death.
