Amy Adams Could Be Rocking With Tom Cruise
We could totally see her getting down and dirty with the jams of 80s. It'd be like her combining Charlene Fleming with Princess Giselle! Ha!
Sources are reporting that Adam Shankman is on the hunt for a new leading lady for his movie-remake of Rock of Ages. Due to her schedule playing Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises, Anne Hathaway is no longer available to star, so it's on to Plan B…or perhaps Plan AA!
Supposedly, Amy Adams is up for the role was the naive journalist who gets sucked into an impromptu romp in the bathroom with Stacee Jax, to be played by Tom Cruise. Sources say she is being "heavily courted," but no word yet on her feelings on the project.
To be honest, Amy sounds like a better fit for this. Anne's too much woman for Tom and we just have a hard time seeing her play innocent anymore.
