Lindsanity Is Going Back To Trial!
She's not off the hook just yet!
Lindsay Lohan may have had her shackles removed, but that shiz is only temporary!
Gurlfriend has at least one more court date ahead of her - the lawsuit against her for her 2007 car hijacking and coke-fueled chase down the PCH is set for January 31st, 2011!
If the suit, which is consolidated from the various ones filed - one from the woman she was chasing, Tracie Rice, and also the men stuck in the vehicle with her - isn't settled by that date, La Loca will be forced to testify under oath about what exactly went down!
Ha! Lindsanity forced to tell the truth??
We can't wait to see that day!
