It looks like Sammi was honored by Ronnie's brawl with The Situation and the "sweetheart" has taken him back!
The on-and-off-again Jersey Shore couple were holding hands on Friday while walking through the streets of Italy.
We can't wait to see how long their relationship lasts this time!
